How do I join a Mat Class?
We have a few options for group mat classes.
We have a beginner mat suitable for anyone just starting their Pilates journey all the way to the more advanced wanting to slow things down and go a little deeper in to their practice, and find new connections, or those who are new to Classical Pilates.
We also have our Progression Plus + Mat which is for those who have been practicing Pilates for a while and are looking for an added challenge.
We also have an Online Gentle Class, which is more gentle movements to get the blood flowing to your muscles and joints. This class is beginner-friendly.
All of these classes can be booked via the BOOK ONLINE section of the website or app.

Where are you located, and is there parking?
We are located at the corner of St. Andrew’s Rd and Wood St in St. Annes, on the first floor of the Soper’s Building. This requires that you enter through Soper’s main entrance, and then head straight up the stairs to the studio. If the door is locked upon arrival, please ring the doorbell, and someone will let you in.
There is parking at the rear of Soper’s on St. Andrew’s Rd South. Please head down the alleyway, Avon St, between JAM music and Soper’s and head straight into the car park. Please note that we take no responsibility for damage caused to your vehicle or by your vehicle whether parked on the car park or elsewhere.
