Whether you’re an athlete or simply want to move more freely for everyday activities like walking, gardening, or keeping up with the kids, this class will help you feel stronger, more flexible, and more resilient in both sport and life. 4 Week Course Thursdays at 5pm 1 May, 8 May, 15 May, 22 May All sessions are booked as a block. No refunds for unused sessions.
